
INGREDIENTS: 6Pieces petha (grated), ½ cup fresh coconut (grated), 1tbs rose water, ½ cup malai, 20 cashew nut.
METHOD:1-Grind coconut, malai, and make a thick paste.
INGREDIANTS: ½ Cup chana dal, 1pinch asafetida, 6 flock garlic well chopped, ½ tsp aniseed seed, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chat masala, coriander leaves, 2 cup flour, butter, ½ cup milk water, salt, oil.
METHOD:1-Soak the dal now grind it and set a side.
INGREDIENTS: ½ Kg maida (fine flour), water, orange food colour, ghee for frying.
