
Cooking time: 30minuts
Ingredients: 100gm basmati rice, 1liter milk, milk made, 1tsp cardamam powder, safron 2mg, 100gm almond paste, sugar according to your taste, coconut, assorted dry fruit(almond pistachio, cashewnut), 1 table spoon ghee.
Method: 1- Heat ghee in to kadai now add cardmom & rice fry till 10 min.

INGREDIENTS: 1Liter creamy milk, 6 cardamom, 2/3 cup sugar, ½ cup coconut grated , 1cup malai (cream).
GARNISH: Flakes of pistachio, almond.
INGREDIENTS: ½ Kg maida (fine flour), ½ cup semolina, salt to taste (powdered), 1tbs ajwain (carom seed), water, ghee for frying ,1tbs chat masala, 1tbs amchoor, 1tsp black pepper powder, 1tsp cumin seed.
