PREP TIME:20 MIN.
COOKING TIME:1-HOUR.
INGREDIANTS:4 Cup cashewnut, rose water for grinding, 3-cup sugar, 2-cup milk, 250 gm condense milk, 1cup coconut grated,6 almond,1/2 tsp cardamam powder.
METHOD:1- Grind cashewnut, coconut with rose water to got thick paste. Set aside.
2-Fry the condense milk till turn into light brown.
3-Now add milk, sugar, cordamam powder & milk and make tick paste.
4-Grease one 9-inch tray.
5-Pour both prepared mixture into tray & leave to cool.
6-As soon as mixture starts to set cut into squares shape.

INGREDIANT:250gm mushroom(boiled), 1 cup green pea (boiled), 2-cup basmati rice(boiled), 1/2 tsp fenugreek, garam masala, 1 pinch asfoetida, chilly powder, 1/2 tsp cummin seed, 1/2 tsp black papper, 5-stick cardamom, cinnaman, bey leaf, curi leaf, 4tbs ginger-garlic paste, 2 onion, 1cup cream, 2tbs olive oil, green coriender, ground nut(fried) ,salt.
METHOD:1- Heat the oil into kadai now add mushroom, green pea, & fry till it turn brown set asaid.
2- now take another pan & heat oil now add curi leaf bey leaf onion all ingrediants & mix ginger garlic
paste.
3-Now add mushroom, green pea add cook till 10 minutes.
4-Add basmati rice and mix cream & garam masala
5- Garnish with ground nut & green coriender.

INGREDIANTS:1/2 cauliflower, 4 tomato, 2 carrot, 1 cup green pea, 1 onion finely chopped,
5 flackGarlicky, 1 inch ginger, 2 tbs fresh cream, 2 cup milk, 1 tbs olive oil, ½
tsp black paper, 100gm cheese (grated), ½ tsp soya sauce, ½ tsp tomato
sauce, 2tsp corn flour, ¼ cup Bread crumbs, green coriander leaf, salt.
METHOD: 1-Take a pan and boiled all vegetable, tomato.
2- Now grind all vegetables, tomato, and make a paste,
3- Take a pan and heat the oil into it.
4- Now add garlic, ginger, and onion and fry till 5 minutes.
5- Pour mixture into it add corn flour and mix well.
6- Add milk, soya sauce, tomato sauce, black paper, salt and cook 5 minutes.
7-Add grated cheese, cream and bread crumbs.
8- Garnish with coriander leaf now serve.
