INGREDIENTS: ½ kg bottle gourd (grated), 250gm condense milk (khoya), ½ cup cashew nut, ½ cup almond, 1 cup malai, 2 cup milk, sugar, 4tbs desi ghee.
METHOD:1-Soak the almond into water before use till 6 hour.
2-Now grind with milk and make a paste.
3-Heat the ghee into a kadahi now add bottle gourd and cook till 15 minutes.
4-Add milk and almond paste with sugar and cook till 10 minutes.
5-Now add malai and fry well.
6-Garnish with khoya and cashew nut and serve it.
