    FISH PAKODA

    INGREDIeNTS: 500gm(bone less) fish, 6picecs black pepper, 6picecs white pepper, 1/2tbs cumin seed, 5 clove, 2 cinnamon, 1/2 tbs termeric powder, 1 tbs cardamom powder, 5tbs ginger-garlic paste, red chilly, salt, 100gm cream, 2tbs curd(thick & fresh), mustard oil,200gm rice powder, 1cup gram flour.
    METHOD:1-Cut the fish into bite size cubes.
    2-Mix all ingrediants and make a paste.
    3-Take rice powder, gram flour & add ginger garlic paste, cream, curd & salt.
    4-Add all ingrediants and & mix till 5minutes.
    5-Add the marinade to the fish pieces & still till well coated.
    6-Heat oil in kadai.
    7-Fry the fish & serve with sauce.
