INGREDIANTS: ½ cup horse bean, ½ cup soya bean, 1 cup mint leaves, 1 inch ginger (grated), green coriander leaves, assorted dry fruits (cashew nut, almond, currant), 2 cup thick curd, oil, ½ tsp rock salt, red chilly, cumin seed powder roasted, 1 pinch asafetida, ½ tsp coriander seed powder roasted, ½ tsp cardamom powder, 1tbs chat masala, salt.
METHOD: 1-Soak the horse bean, soya bean till 6 hour. Now grind with asafetida and make a paste.
2-Now mix ginger, coriander leaves, salt and mix till it become fluffy.
3-Now make a roll and stuff assorted dry fruits and make a roll.
4-Heat oil into a kadahi now fry bada till it turn golden brown and set aside.
5-Grind mint leaves now take a bowl add curd, rock salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, cardamom powder, chat masala, mint sauce now dip bada into it and serve it with khichdi.
