INGREDIENTS: 150gm paneer, 6 bread, 4 potato (boiled and mashed), green chilly, green coriander leaves, 1tsp garam masala,1tsp chat masala, salt, 1tsp amchoor, ½ tsp cumin seed, oil.
METHOD: 1-Heat the oil into a 1tbs kadahi now add cumin seed when it cracks add green chilly potato, salt and fry well till ten minutes.
2-Now add garam masala, chat masala, amchoor and green coriander leaves and more five minutes.
3-Take a bowl add paneer, bread, potato and mix well now give oval shape and set a side.
4-Heat the oil into a kadahi now deep fry all pakode till it convert golden brown.
