    DAL MAKHNI

    INGREDIENTS: 2 cup kidney beans boiled, 1 cup horse bean boiled, 2 onion, 8 flacks garlic, 1inch ginger, 4 tomato, green chilly, 1tbs turmeric powder, ½ tsp cumin seed, ½ tsp black pepper, 2 cinaman stick, 4 cloves, 1 cardamom, 1 mace, 1 pinch nutmeg, salt, mustard oil, 1tsp amchoor, 4 bay leaf, ½ tsp mustard seed, ½ cup malai, 2tbs coriander seed, green coriander leaves, 1tbs sugar, 1cup water, 2tbs butter.

    METHOD: 1-Grind onion, ginger, garlic, green chilly, and coriander seed and make a paste. And set aside. 2- Now take tomato add cumin seed, black pepper, clove, cinaman stick, mace, nutmeg, cardamom and grind and make tomato paste.

    3-Heat the 5tbs oil into a kadai now add bay leaves, mustard seed, and fry a minutes.

    4-Add onion paste, turmeric powder, salt and fry till 10 minutes.

    5-Add malai and tomato paste, 1tbs sugar and cook till 10 minutes.

    6-Now add kidney beans, horse beans amchoor, and 1 cup water and cook 10 more minutes.

    7-Now garnish with green coriander leaves add butter and serve.
