INGREDIENTS: 1whole chicken cut into small pieces, 10 flack garlic, 1cup yogurt, 5 onions well chopped, 1 inch ginger, 2 cinnamon stick, 1tsp cardamom, 5 cloves, 1tbs black pepper, ½ tsp cumin seed, 10 cashew nut, 10 almond, 1 cup coconut milk, salt, green coriander leaves, oil.
METHOD:1- Make a paste of ginger, garlic, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, cumin seed cashew nut, almond.
2-Heat the oil into a big vessel, add the chopped onions fry them till they turn golden.
3-Now put the ground masala and fry very well when oil floats on top add yoghurt and chicken.
4-Season it with salt chilly powder and for ten minutes.
5-Now add coconut milk and cook till done well.
6-Now garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
