FRY PUMPKIN
INGREDIENTS: ½ kg pumpkin (cut into pieces), four onion roughly chopped, 4 flack garlic, ½ tsp fenugreek, 2 raw mango(cut into thin pieces), ½ tsp turmeric powder, 4tbs oil, salt.
METHOD: 1- Heat the oil into a kadahi now add fenugreek garlic and fry for a minutes.
2-Now add onion, turmeric powder, and fry five more minutes.
3-Add pumpkin and cook till fifteen minutes.
4-Now add raw mango and cook until all the water has been absorbed.
5-Fry more ten minutes and serve it.
