    CHANA SPECIAL

    INGREDIANTS: 1 liter milk, 25gm white vinegar, 100gm sugar, 1tsp cardamom powder, 1 pinch of saffron, 1 cup condense milk, 10almond, pistachio, and silver foil.

    METHOD: 1-Bring the milk to a boil and cool for some time

    2- Add vinegar to curdle the milk and cook further.

    3-Drain the excess water. Add sugar cardamom powder and saffron and mix well.

    4-Mix the condense milk with chena and add now mix well and make a soft dough.

    5-Cut the dough into a piece and give desired shapes.

    6-Now garnish with silver foil and almond, pistachio and serve after cool.
