INGREDIANTS: 500gm potato (boiled), 1tsp mustard seed, green coriander leaves, oil,1cup curd,
2 tbs Gram flour, salt chilly powder, garam masala, 2 onion (well chopped),
turmericpowder,1tsp amchoor, 1 lemon.
METHOD: 1-Take a bowl now add curd, besan (gram flour), garam masala, salt chilly powder, amchoor
And mix well and make a thick mixture.
3-Now add mustard seed, onion, turmeric powder, and fry till 5 minutes.
4-Add potato and fry till 15 minutes.
5-Pour curd mixture and fry till it turn into golden brown.
6-Squeeze lemon and garnish with green coriander leaves and serve.
