Era’s Lucknow Medical College is affiliated to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia, Avadh University, Faizabad and is recognized by the Medical Council of India / Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. Era’s Lucknow Medical College is an unaided minority educational institute; nevertheless it is completely secular in its outlook.

The charity work done by the hospital benefits the poorest of the poor. Free admission, free medicine and free meals are provided to patients from underprivileged sections of society. Diagnostic services are also available free of cost for such patients.
The registration fee for a patient is a token amount of Re. 1/- after which the patient can consult highly experienced doctors for a period of 15 days during which patient is also provided with medicines. Beds are provided to in-patients @ Rs. 5 /- per day.
