HOW TO MAKE BADAM KHEER
Cooking time: 30minutsIngredients: 100gm basmati rice, 1liter milk, milk made, 1tsp cardamam powder, safron 2mg, 100gm almond paste, sugar according to your taste, coconut, assorted dry fruit(almond pistachio, cashewnut), 1 table spoon ghee.
Method: 1- Heat ghee in to kadai now add cardmom & rice fry till 10 min.
2-Pour the milk on it add safron, coconut, almond paste, cook till 10 minuits.
3-Add milk made and cook tiil ten minuts or done well.
4-Garnish with all dry fruits & serve.
