HOW TO MAKE MANGO KULFI
INGREDIENTS: 1Liter creamy milk, 6 cardamom, 2/3 cup sugar, 2 mango (cut into pieces), 1cup malai (cream).
GARNISH: Flakes of almond, pistachio.
METHOD: 1- Add Cardamom to milk and bring it to boil.
2-Reduce the heat and keep simmering the milk until it is reduced by one-third.
3-Take cardamom out of milk by using strainer.
4-Add mango, malai and sugar. Blend in a food processor.
5-Pour the mixture into container with lid.
6- Freeze until firm. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes.
7-Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
8- Serve by taking out of the container.
9- Garnish with almond and pistachio as desired
