INGREDIENTS: 200gm cheese (cut into cube size) , 1cup water chestnut flour, 4tbs curd, green chilly well chopped, green coriander leaves, (salt) sendha namak and ghee.
METHOD: 1- Take a bowl add chestnut flour, curd, green chilly, green coriander leaves 2tbs ghee salt water and make a paste.
2-Now deep cheese and stir till well coated.
3-Heat the ghee into a kadahi now deep fry all rolls and serve with tamarind chutney.
