FRESH SALAD
How to prepare salad for Indian Dishes?
INGREDIENTS: 2 tbs thick curd, 1tomato, 1cup vegetable (cabbage, carrot, cucumber), ½ cup sprouted beans, 1tsp chat masala, ½ tsp cardamom powder, ½ tsp black pepper powder, red chilly, rock salt, lemon salt to taste.
METHOD: 1-Take a bowl add vegetable sprouted beans , tomato curd, chat masala, ½ tsp cardamom powder, ½ tsp rock salt, black pepper, red chilly powder, salt and toss everything.
2-Now squeeze lemon and serve.
