DHANIYA ALOO
INGREDIENTS: 6potato boiled, green chilly, 1 cup paneer cut into cube size, 1cup green coriander leaves, 1bunch sour spinach (khatti palak), 1 inch ginger, salt, ¼ cup tamarind pulp, 1tbs ghee, ½ tsp cumin seed.
METHOD: 1-Grind green chilly, green coriander leaves, sour spinach (khatti palak), ginger, salt, and make a paste.
2-Heat the oil into a kadahi now add cumin seed and cook for a minutes.
3-Add potato, paneer and fry till it turn golden brown.
4-Pour mix paste and cook more 10 minutes.
5-Now add tamarind pulp and serve.
