INGREDIENTS: 2 cup mix vegetable(cauliflower, carrot, cabbage green pea)grated, 2 onion well chopped, ½ tbs garam masala, 2 beyleaf, 5 curry leaf, ½tsp mustard seed, ½tsp cardamom powder, oil, ½ cup black gram, 4tbs ginger- garlic paste, ½ tbs turmeric powder, 1 tbs sugar, 4 cloves, 1tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp black pepper, 2 cinnamon Stick, ½ tsp asafetida, Green coriander leaf, chili powder, 2besan, 1cup malai (cream), salt.
METHOD: 1-Soak the gram till 6 hour and grind with asafetida.
2- Now take a bowl add mix vegetable, gram paste, besan, 1tsp oil and salt and mix well
Make a roll.
3- Heat an oil into kadahi and deep fry veg rolls till it convert golden brown.
4-heat the oil into kadahi now add bey leaf, curry leaf, mustard seed and cook for 5 second.
5-Add onion ginger- garlic paste turmeric powder coriander powder and fry till 15 minutes.
6-Add malai (cream), sugar and fry more 5 minutes.
7-Add cofta rolls and 1cup water and cook till 10 minutes.
8- Now garnish with coriander or mint leaf and serve.
