INGREDIENTS: 150gm paneer, 4 potato (boiled and mashed), 1 cup besan, 2tbs curd, green chilly, green coriander leaves, 1tsp garam masala,1tsp chat masala, salt, 1tsp amchoor, ½ tsp cumin seed, oil.
METHOD: 1-Heat the oil into a 1tbs kadahi now add cumin seed when it cracks add green chilly potato, salt and fry well till ten minutes.
2-Now add garam masala, chat masala, amchoor and green coriander leaves and more five minutes.
3-Take a bowl add besan, curd, 2tbs oil, salt, chilly, chat masala, and green coriander leaves and mix well.
2-Now add paneer, and fried potato and mix well give a round shape.
4-Heat the oil into a kadahi now deep fry all pakode till it convert golden brown.
