INGREDIANTS: 1Cup rice (boiled), 2tbs oil, ½ tsp mustard seed, ½ tsp cumin seed,
5 curry leaves, green chilly, 2 bay leaf, 2 spring onion well
chopped, ½ cup coconut grated, 5 flack
garlic, 1 inch ginger, green coriander, 2 cloves, ½ tsp black
paper, 4 cinnamon stick, ½ tbs coriander powder, salt, 1tsp turmeric powder water.
METHOD: 1-Grind coconut, ginger, garlic, chilly and make a paste.
2-Heat oil into a kadai add curry leaf, bay leaf, black paper, cinnamon stick, cardamom powder, clove, turmeric powder, coconut paste, spring onion, and fry till 10 minutes.
5-Now add coconut rice and fry well.
6-Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve.
