    EGG CURRY

    INGREDIANT:6Egg (boiled), 100gm cheese, 10gm currant, 1/2 cup coconut

    (grated), 8-flack garlic, 1/2 inch ginger, 2 onion, 1tsp chilly powder, 1tsp

    musterd powder, 1tsp turmeric powder, 6-7 bey leaf, 1/2tsp cardmom,

    1/2 tsp cumin seed, 1/2 black paper, 1/2tsp coriander powder, salt, oil,

    10gm cashewnut, chat masala fine flour.

    METHOD:1-Take a pan add cheese, cashewnut, currant, salt, chat masala, & mix well.

    2-Take a bowl add fine flour add oil curd salt and make a mixture.
    3-Now cut the egg into middle take out yellow portinon.

    4-Stuff cheese mixture dipp into flour mixture make roll.

    5-Heat an oil into a kadai deep fry egg roll.

    6-Grind all ingrediants and make a thick mixture (coconut, ground nut,

    ginger, garlic onion).

    7-Take a pan heat oil in to it add bey leaf and mixture now fry till 10 minutes.

    8-Pour milk 2 cup water now cook 10 minutes add all ingrediants.
    9-Add egg boll and cook till 15 minutes.
    10-Garnish with cream and green coriander leaf and serve.
