INGREDIANTS: ½ cup moong dal, 2 cup rice flour, salt, 1 pinch backing powder, salt, oil.
FOR STUFFING: 1cup paneer, 2 tomato, 2onion, 2potato (boiled), ½ cup green pea (boiled), red chilly powder, ½ cup coconut (grated), 2tbs sambhar masala, 1tsp mustard seed, 10 cury leaves, 1tsp gamma masala, 1tsp amchoor, green coriander leaves, salt, oil.
METHOD: 1-Soak the dal till 8 hour before use and grind it.
2-Now mix rice flour, salt, backing powder, 2cup water and mix well and set a side till 6 hour.
3-Heat oil into a pan now pour 4tbs mixture and spread it.
4-Bake one side light brown and stuff all bhaji and roll it and serve with sambhar and coconut sauce.
1-Heat the oil into a kadai add mustard seed, curry leaves, onion and fry till 5 minutes.
2-Add tomato, salt red chilly, sambhar masala and fry till 5 more minutes.
3-Add potato, green pea, paneer, garam masala, amchoor and fry till 20 minutes.
4-Now garnish with green coriander leaves and stuff into dosa.
